# Where can I see past results in FMS Pro?

Go to **History** and pick a tab: FMS, SFMA, YBT, FCS or FQS. Search or filter to find a client, then open any result to see:

- **FMS**: total score out of 21, priority patterns, and every pattern's clearing tests, left and right scores, and final score
- **FMS Quick Screen**: total score out of 21, priority patterns, and each pattern's left, right and final score
- **SFMA**: Top-Tier results with a functional score out of 15, painful patterns, each pattern graded FN, FP, DN or DP, and your breakout findings (Mobility Diagnosis and Stability/Motor-Control Diagnosis)
- **Y-Balance Test**: Lower and Upper Quarter composite scores for left and right, a pass or fail for each, the average left-right difference, and each reach direction plus closed chain dorsiflexion
- **FCS**: total score out of 12 across movement, postural, explosive and impact control, with a pass or fail for every test

From a result you can **Edit** it, **Rescreen** or **Retest** the client (**Reassess** for the SFMA), or **Send Report**. On SFMA results, use **Edit / Add Findings** to record breakout findings. You can also see one client's results by opening their profile and clicking **History**.
