# What equipment do I need for each course?

Only FMS Level 1 requires a kit.

- **FMS Level 1**: an FMS kit is required.
- **FMS Quick Screen**: no equipment needed.
- **SFMA Level 1**: no equipment needed.
- **FMS Level 2**: optional equipment, such as exercise tubing, an Airex pad, a yoga mat and kettlebells.
- **SFMA Level 2**: optional equipment, such as exercise tubing, an Airex pad and kettlebells.
