Troubleshooting the FMS Pro App

If you are experiencing an issue with the FMS Pro App, first ensure that you have the most updated version of the app (1.36.1). In addition, use the app with a reliable WiFi signal.

Try to close the app and start it again. If that doesn't work, sign out and back into the app.
