To obtain CEU’s for your attendance at a live or virtual course, you will need to provide your board with both the Cover Letter and Certificate of Attendance. The Cover Letter lists our approving boards and also provides a link to additional state Physical Therapy and Chiropractic Board approvals. To access your certificate and cover letter, visit the education page of your account. Under the Events section, find the exam you want to access. Click the envelop icon to email yourself a copy of your cover letter and certificate, or click the print icon to download or print a copy.
