June Release 2026
New AI-powered summaries, dynamic reporting, and email notifications make it easier to understand assessment results, monitor organizational data, and stay informed about important user activity.
Introducing the AI Assessment Summary
Assessment results contain valuable information, but users may not always understand what their score, pain findings, or risk category mean.
The new AI Assessment Summary translates assessment data into a clear, personalized explanation of the user’s MSK health profile.
The summary includes:
- MSK Score benchmark
- Pain findings
- MSK Risk category
- Two priority focus areas
- An explanation of how those focus areas are connected
This gives users a more complete understanding of their results and helps them recognize where they should focus first.

Dynamic Reporting
Administrators can now view organizational data through interactive tables and dashboards.
Previously, reviewing data often required exporting information before it could be organized or analyzed. Dynamic Reporting makes it easier to explore data directly within Symmio.

Administrators can use adjustable filters to review information such as:
- MSK Scores
- MSK Risk categories
- Pain findings
- Focus areas
- Assessment activity
- Program status
Filters update the information displayed on screen, allowing administrators to focus on the users, groups, or outcomes most relevant to them.
This makes it easier to identify trends, monitor risk, and understand what is happening across an organization.
New Email Notifications
Administrators can now receive email notifications for key user events, including new MSK Scores, High-Risk users, Behavioral Health risk alerts, and program starts or completions.
These notifications help teams stay informed and respond faster when follow-up may be needed.

Notification events include:
- A user receives a new MSK Score
- A user is placed in the High MSK Risk category
- A user triggers a High-Risk Behavioral Health result
- A user starts a program
- A user completes a program
Instead of manually checking the platform for important status changes, administrators can receive timely updates as activity occurs.
Turning Assessment Data Into Action
Symmio is designed to help organizations identify MSK risk, understand the factors contributing to it, and take action before problems become more significant.
The AI Assessment Summary makes individual results easier to understand. Dynamic Reporting gives administrators a clearer view of organizational trends. Email notifications help teams stay informed when important user events occur.
Together, these updates make Symmio assessment data more understandable, accessible, and actionable.
