Yes. A free FMS account includes the Foundations tier:

  • The FMS Approach
  • Introduction to Correcting Movement
  • Educational content and articles
  • A limited exercise library

Finish all three free courses and you unlock 20% off your first online course purchase. It applies automatically at checkout (excludes the FMS Academy).

Find them under My Dashboard → My Courses → Available Courses and click Start Course. Introduction to Evaluating Movement and Introduction to Correcting Movement run about 1 hour each. The FMS Approach runs about 3 hours.
